How long does an order take?

About 1 week to make a custom piece, not including shipping time (shipped orders are the piece price plus shipping). Ready-made pieces in the online store ship faster since they're already finished.

How do I know what size to order?

Everything is measured to order. Pick a size on the Custom Orders form — Small (5.5–6"), Medium (6.5"), Large (7.25"), or X-Large (8") — or wrap a string or paper strip around your wrist, measure the length in inches, and enter that as a custom size. Custom sizes are always happily accommodated. Full measuring instructions are on that page.

What colors do you have?

A whole rainbow of colors — the lineup rotates as new beads arrive — in clear, pearl, matte, solid, and rainbow finishes, plus black-and-white letter beads for names and words. See the full Color Library.

Can I get a name or word on my bracelet?

Yes! Word and name bracelets use letter beads alongside any color combo. Note the wording you want on the Custom Orders form.

How much does a piece cost?

Prices generally run $3–$10 depending on the item, size, and whether it includes custom lettering. You'll get a price confirmation before your order is made.

How can I pay?

Online checkout through our store, or pay in person if you're local to Pelham/Birmingham, AL — just let us know your preference when you order.

Do you ship, or only local pickup?

Both. We ship within the US, and offer local pickup around Pelham/Birmingham, AL. See Shipping & Policies for details.

Are pony beads safe for young kids?

Pony beads are small parts and a choking hazard for children under 3. We recommend our pieces for ages 3+ and adult supervision when worn by young children. See Shipping & Policies for our full safety note.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for made-to-measure custom items. If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, reach out through Contact and we'll make it right.

Who actually makes these — and who runs the business side?

Nova, age 11, designs and makes every piece by hand. Her parents handle order communication, shipping, and payments alongside her.
