Turnaround time
Custom pieces take about 1 week to make from the time an order is confirmed. This does not include shipping time. Ready-made pieces in the online store are already finished and ship sooner.
Pickup & shipping
We offer both:
- Local pickup around the Pelham/Birmingham, AL area — details are arranged after ordering.
- Shipping anywhere in the US — your total is the piece price plus shipping. Shipping cost and timing depend on your location and are calculated at checkout or confirmed before a custom order ships.
Payment
Pay online through checkout in our store, or choose in-person payment if you're local — just note that preference when you order and we'll arrange the details.
Pricing
Most pieces run $3–$10 depending on the item, size, and any custom lettering. Custom orders are confirmed with a price before we start making anything.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and, for custom orders, made to your exact measurements, we're not able to accept returns on custom items. If your order arrives damaged, is significantly not as described, or there was a mix-up on our end, contact us within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Safety & small parts
Pony beads and letter beads are small parts and a choking hazard for children under 3. Beadles pieces are recommended for ages 3 and up, and jewelry worn by young children should always be supervised by an adult. If a bracelet or cuff is being purchased for a child, please size it so it fits snugly and can't easily be pulled over the hand and mouthed.
Who you're working with
Beadles is run by Nova, age 11, who designs and makes every piece. Order communication, payments, and shipping are handled by her parents. You can reach us anytime through the Contact page.
